January 8th: Foundations of Magic

We’ll start with the basics, using props like blocks and straps to help you find stability and ease in your practice. You’ll learn how these tools can make yoga more accessible—and how they can unlock strength and confidence in every pose.
January 15th : The Breath of Life
Turn your breath into a superpower.
This week is all about breathwork (pranayama). You’ll discover how to use your breath to calm your mind, fuel your movements, and tap into a deeper sense of control and empowerment.
January 22nd : Emotions in Motion
Let your body do the talking.
Learn how yoga can help you process emotions and release tension stored in the body. Through gentle twists, hip openers, and grounding poses, we’ll explore how movement can be a pathway to healing and emotional clarity.
January 29th: Balancing Act
Find your center—and your courage.
We’ll focus on balance poses that challenge your focus and build strength from the inside out. Whether you’re wobbling or soaring, you’ll learn to trust your body and its ability to rise to the challenge.
February 5th: Strong and Playful

February 12th: The Flow of Curiosity

In our final session, we’ll combine everything we’ve learned into a magical flow that’s uniquely yours. You’ll leave with the tools to continue your yoga journey with confidence, curiosity, and joy.
